Twin Hills Golf and Country Club

Perry Maxwell used wooded, uneven ground and a winding creek to shape Twin Hills. He returned for another phase of work before the course reopened in November 1939, including new greens at the first, eighth and sixteenth.¹

Twin Hills Golf and Country Club design and history

Mark Hayes redesigned the greens in 2000 with the stated aim of recovering Maxwell’s influence. The work renewed a course whose championship history included the 1935 PGA, won by Johnny Revolta.¹
